David Brown

David Brown is currently the Head of Safety at G4S CARE AND JUSTICE SERVICES (UK) LIMITED, where they assess trends in custodial violence and develop interventions to support the needs of children and staff. After a decade in the insurance industry, they transitioned to the youth justice system as a Secure Care Officer, dedicating eight years to working with complex and challenging youth. Previously, as Head of Reform, they contributed to cultural change within the organization, emphasizing the importance of understanding people in shaping a positive environment. David's education includes a degree in Youth Justice from the University of Suffolk.
