John Michael Cunniffe

John Michael Cunniffe is currently the FM Director for Critical Infrastructure UK&I at G4S and serves as Vice-Chairperson on the Board of Directors at North & East Housing Association CLG. Previously, John managed the Property Portfolio of The Bar Council of Ireland and held various roles at organizations like Irish Water, Concern Worldwide, and the Ervia group, contributing significantly to operational efficiencies and strategic asset management. With a background in engineering, John has overseen numerous large-scale development projects and has been actively involved in governance and community initiatives. Additionally, John shares their expertise as a lecturer in Strategic Asset and Facilities Management at the British Institute of Facilities Management.
