Lee Owen

Lee Owen is the Head of Function at Custody and Rehabilitation Services at G4S, where they oversee daily regimes in a prison setting, focusing on the integration of employment and education for prisoners. With over a decade of leadership experience in the security industry, Lee previously held roles including Senior Manager and First Line Manager at G4S, and has extensive expertise in contract management and operational excellence. Having begun their career in private security and serving in HM Forces as a Gunner, Lee is committed to enhancing security protocols and fostering rehabilitation to reduce recidivism rates. Lee holds a Level 3 Diploma in Business Management from Bridgend College and is currently pursuing an MSt in Applied Criminology, Penology, and Management at the University of Cambridge.
