Max Rios

Max Rios has extensive experience in military and project management roles, having served as Detachment Commander at DETACHMENT MARINE in 2002 and later as Chief Of Staff at Peruvian Marines in 2005. Rios worked as a Liaison Officer to Peru at Joint Interagency Task Force South from 2008 to 2009 and held various leadership positions, including Chief of the Office of Management Control at the Peruvian Coast Guard and Provost Marshall at the Peruvian Navy. Rios's expertise also extends to project management with significant roles at G4S managing U.S. Embassy projects in El Salvador and Peru, and as Country Manager for Torres AES from 2014 to 2018. Additional experience includes serving as a Security Advisor at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and as Director of Developmental Support at the Peruvian Ministry of Defense.
