Sam Clacker

Sam Clacker is an experienced Facilities Management professional with a demonstrated history in delivering Total Facilities Management (TFM) solutions, managing change programs, and developing effective people management strategies. Sam has held various roles, including Contract Administrator at QUADRON SERVICES LIMITED and ECG Facilities Services, and Project Manager at VINCI Facilities, where they led multiple PFI contracts in healthcare and government services. Currently, Sam is pursuing an AAT Level 2 at the City of Bristol College while holding the position of Operations Director for two TFM Hospital PFI contracts in Oxford. Sam's expertise lies in aligning fiscal management with change management practices to achieve measurable improvements in profitability and stability.
