Tom previously held senior roles at SSE plc and NG Bailey, where they led significant business transformations and financial performance improvements. They possess extensive expertise in commercial strategy, stakeholder engagement, and risk management, complemented by an MBA from the University of York and a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University.
