Brian Hadfield

Brian Hadfield has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and telecommunications. Brian is currently working as a Senior Product Security Engineer at Gabb Wireless since December 2021. Prior to this, Brian was self-employed as an Independent Penetration Tester starting in December 2017.

Brian also worked at InMoment as a Senior Security Engineer from March 2020 to December 2021 and at MaritzCX as a Senior Security Engineer from June 2017 to March 2020. Brian served as a Security Architect at inContact from January 2015 to June 2017, where they performed penetration tests, managed vulnerability scans, and developed security controls for cloud-based environments. Brian also worked as a Senior Network Integration Engineer, implementing GPRS data capability and executing Acceptance Test Plans for wireless services.

Brian Hadfield's education history includes attending Pierce College from 2004 to 2005, where they studied Information Technology Management. In 1997, they briefly attended UVSC for General Studies. In 1994, they studied Mathematics at Brigham Young University.

In terms of certifications, Brian obtained the GWAPT certification from GIAC Certifications in September 2016. Brian also holds the CCSK certification from the Cloud Security Alliance, obtained in June 2015.
