Chad Baucom

Chad Baucom has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Product Manager at Gabb Wireless since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Verizon from June 2020 to August 2021. Chad was also a Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Thinkative from February 2019 to April 2020. Chad gained valuable experience as a Product Management MBA Intern at Verizon from June 2019 to August 2019. Before that, Chad worked as a Product Manager Consultant at Progressive Leasing from January 2019 to April 2019, where they created UI wireframes based on customer feedback and presented recommendations to senior management. Earlier in their career, Chad worked as a Senior Associate at PwC from July 2014 to August 2018, focusing on financial consulting. Chad also held roles at PayZang as a Controller and Sales Representative and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Utah. Chad's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Brude Synergy, Inc. where they served as the CEO from December 2009 to December 2013. Additionally, they gained tax-related experience as a Tax Intern at PwC in the summer of 2013.

Chad Baucom is currently a candidate for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business. Chad is specializing in Entrepreneurship and Strategy and began their studies in 2018, with an expected graduation in 2020.

Prior to pursuing their MBA, Chad completed their Master of Accounting degree at the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business in 2013. Chad'sfocus during this program was Tax Accounting.

Chad's journey in higher education began at the University of Utah, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from 2006 to 2012. This provided him with a solid foundation in their field of study.

Furthermore, Chad has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. In 2016, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through the California Board of Accountancy. Additionally, in April 2020, they obtained a Google Ads Search Certification, further expanding their skill set.
