Christopher Hales is an experienced professional in training and education, currently serving as the Director of Training at Gabb since December 2020. In this role, significant improvements were made to onboarding and coaching processes for new customer-facing team members, achieving a 50% reduction in time to proficiency and a 90% graduation rate. Previously, Christopher built a training program and an educational initiative for parents on safe technology at Gabb. Additionally, Christopher serves as a coach for the Utah Avalanche Soccer Club and has experience as a Presenter for Especially For Youth, delivering engaging presentations at youth conferences.
