Delaney Dean

Delaney Dean has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career in 2010 as a Cleaner at Dean Cosmetic Dentistry Center and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they volunteered at Hoedown on the Harpeth, where they ran sound for bands and ensured artist satisfaction. The following year, in 2017, Delaney had various roles, including volunteering at Folk Alliance International and working as an Usher at Ascend Amphitheatre. In 2018, they interned at Americana Music Festival's Radio department, assisting with album tracking and organizing artist interviews. Starting in 2019, Delaney joined Universal Music Publishing Group as a Data Entry Clerk before transitioning to the role of Global Royalty Analyst in 2020, where they worked until 2021. In the same year, they also interned at Compass Records, handling various tasks related to inventory management and artist affairs. Currently, Delaney is working at Gabb as a Content Manager, Project Manager, and Music Coordinator.

Delaney Dean attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Business.
