Delano McFarlane

Delano McFarlane, PhD, is a highly experienced consultant, researcher, and advisor in the fields of data science and engineering. Since April 2016, Delano has been self-employed while also serving as the Engineering and Data Lead at Gabbi and as an advisor and board member at Koxa and Spring Mountain C. Previous roles include data scientist/engineering consultant at CrowdTwist, Inc., chief data science advisor at Pluvio, Inc., and engineering advisor at GoldBean. Delano held significant leadership positions at Venmo, overseeing data science and engineering teams. Educationally, Delano holds a PhD, MPhil, and MA in Biomedical Informatics from Columbia University, as well as an MEng and BS in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
