Jodi Daechsel

Jodi Daechsel is an experienced retail consultant currently serving as a consultant to the Chief Merchant and Chief Executive Officers at Gabes since January 2022, while also operating jd Retail Consulting since April 2021 as a Senior Retail Consultant. Daechsel specializes in Off Price retail, focusing on strategy, buying, and merchant development for a diverse range of businesses. Prior to this, Jodi held various leadership roles at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International from February 1997 to April 2021, including Senior Vice President/General Merchandise Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing substantial annual sales and contributing to the long-term vision of the organization.
