Stephen K. Chen

Stephen K. Chen is an experienced automotive designer with a robust background in interior and exterior design. Currently serving as the Advanced Design Chief at GAC R&D since April 2014, Stephen has progressed through various roles including Interior Design Chief Designer and Interior Design Manager, focusing on interior and color material design. Prior to this, Stephen spent over a decade at Ford Motor Company, holding positions as a Senior Designer and working on exterior and interior design in locations such as Cologne, Germany, and Taiwan. Stephen's career began at Studio X-Gene Co., Ltd as an Exterior/Interior Automotive Designer. Educationally, Stephen holds a B.A. in Transportation Design from the Academy of Art University, completed in 2001.
