Robert Balfour

Robert Balfour has extensive experience in business development and operational roles across various companies. Beginning with Aspects Menswear as a Shop Assistant, Balfour transitioned to the Bristow Group as an Administrative Assistant, followed by a position at Serco as a Ramp Operator and later Ramp Supervisor. From July 2010 to June 2022, Balfour served at GAC Group, initially as an Agency Operator, then advancing to Business Development Manager for UK & Scandinavia. Following a brief period as a Social Worker and Administrative Assistant with Shetland Islands Council, Balfour returned to GAC Group in January 2023 in the capacity of Business Development Manager for the same region. In June 2025, Balfour was briefly involved with GAC Bunker Fuels as a Business Development Manager and Bunker Trader.
