Christopher Young

Christopher Young has a strong background in IT and cybersecurity. Christopher began their career at Butler University as a Help Desk Student Support Technician and later became the Help Desk Shift Lead. Christopher then worked at Maingate Inc. as an IT Support Technician, where they provided desktop support and managed asset tracking. After that, they worked as an IT Analyst at Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P., where they served as the point of contact for over 2000 end users and managed the support of company cell phones. Christopher then joined RADCUBE | Rapid Technology Solutions as a Network Administrator, where they reconfigured the corporate office and designed a website for Eskenazi Health. Currently, Christopher is working at GadellNet Consulting Services, where they have held various roles, including Director of Cybersecurity Services, Cybersecurity Operations Leader, Assistant Cybersecurity Team Lead, and Cybersecurity Engineer.

Christopher Young earned a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Butler University in the years 2007-2011. Christopher then pursued a Master of Science degree in Cybercrime and Digital Investigation from Michigan State University, which they completed in the years 2022-2024. In addition to their degrees, Christopher obtained numerous certifications in the field of cybersecurity from various institutions such as (ISC)², Fortinet, SANS Institute, CompTIA, Cisco, and Amazon Web Services.
