Matthew Bode

Matthew is a Consultant in Gadens’ Litigation and Corporate Recovery Services group. He has over 25 years’ legal experience, having worked in major international law firms in London, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Sydney and Brisbane.

Matthew has advised on a vast array of commercial, corporate, property, and banking and finance matters across a wide range of industries – including property, mining and resources, media, shipping, aviation, and agricultural industries.

Matthew has recently advised on numerous acquisition contracts, property leases, licenses and service and supply agreements. He has experience in overseeing and managing external legal counsel in relation to not only corporate finance and property acquisition and leasing matters but also employee disputes and contentious litigation claims.
