Gadget Genie was founded in 2016 by a team of innovators. We believe in practicing fanatical customer service and going above and beyond to tackle tech problems. Our world class service is carried out every day by a lean, mean team of people who have bought into the dream. Currently a team of 10, we are high-capacity workers who lean into the idea that challenge is a good thing. In the ever-changing world of technology, we are unafraid of experimenting with new business.

That means that we invite agile thinking, novel strategies and out-of-the-box solutions as we learn and solve ever-changing issues. We’re proud that our team continues to grow as we attract people who look at the world like we do: full of opportunity and room for improvement. Our team of advanced technicians can repair anything from broken screens to complex circuit board issues. One of our specialties is lifecycle device management: this means from the minute you power on a new device to the minute you need to harvest data and power it off forever, we’ve got you covered. In this, as in everything, our goal is to excel.

We are prioritizing things like learning and mentorship. Every team member brings a unique background and body of experiences that can benefit us all. We have a vibrant, collaborative community in which we are all working toward common goals each day. At Gadget Genie, the future is bright. Our values and vision keep us on the cutting edge of tech service. Because what we provide is always one step ahead of what consumers are dealing with, we’ll always be essential. And knowing we meet real needs in our community is the best reward of all.
