Benjamin Rodriguez

Benjamin Rodriguez, MSSL, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, job placement, and student ministry. Currently serving as the Sr. External Learning & Development Relationship Specialist at GAF since April 2021, Benjamin has demonstrated expertise in collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance the GAF Roofing Academy and the GAF WorkBelt job matching program. Prior roles include job placement specialist at Cincinnati Job Corps Center, where Benjamin facilitated job opportunities for graduates, and various positions at Christ Tabernacle Apostolic Church, focusing on member integration and youth spiritual development.
