Bob Comfort

Bob Comfort is an accomplished Plant Manager at GAF, currently overseeing multi-site operations within the manufacturing sector. With nearly 20 years of experience, they have demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence and implementing lean systems, particularly in tissue and paper product facilities. Previously, they led significant operational improvements at Georgia-Pacific and Resolute Forest Products, including the successful startup of the first Valmet NTT machine in the U.S. and managing capital projects exceeding $500 million. Bob holds a degree in Aeronautical Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they continue their education.
