Don Hadley

Don Hadley is a seasoned Labor Relations Director currently at GAF, building on over a decade of experience as a Human Resources Director in the manufacturing sector. Previously, they held significant roles at companies including Glatfelter, Danaher, and Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies, where they honed their skills in HR strategy, talent management, and labor relations. Don earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Miami University.
