Erik Peterson

Erik Peterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning Excellence and Technology at GAF since April 2019, after advancing from the role of Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Erik held the position of Vice President of Learning and Development at Weichert Realtors from August 2006 to April 2019. Additionally, Erik worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Barnes and Noble College for a brief period in 2010-2011. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Administration and Supervision with a focus on Education and Training from Montclair State University and a Bachelor's degree in Literature and Elementary Education from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
