Gary Ashley

Gary Ashley is an experienced Plant Manager currently working at GAF since September 2022, with prior experience at Fabral from July 2021 to September 2022. From 1991 to 2020, Gary held the position of Regional Manufacturing Manager at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., overseeing manufacturing operations across 13 states and 10 facilities, managing a workforce of 850 employees, a budget of $65 million, and achieving an annual production of 164 million lbs. of piping. In earlier roles at Advanced Drainage Systems, Gary managed the Mendota, IL facility, directing a team of 120 and a budget of $13.25 million, as well as building and managing the Jackson, MS facility from the ground up, which later produced 26 million lbs. Gary also led operations at the Harvard, IL plant with an annual production of 10 million lbs. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Plastics from Illinois State University.
