Heath Johnson

Heath Johnson is an experienced IT operations management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as IT Operations Manager for Identity and Messaging at GAF since February 2006, Heath has successfully expanded the existing platform to include directory services and Enterprise Identity Management, while achieving the company's first Okta certification. Previous roles include Platform Manager for Messaging and Communications, where Heath implemented ITIL methodologies, and Senior System Engineer, acting as the primary architect for messaging and collaboration systems. Earlier experience includes positions at ExxonMobil, i2 Technologies, Compucom, Tangent Computer, and SYKES, where Heath developed training programs, provided multi-tier support, and enhanced team performance through mentoring and process improvements.
