Katy Koplitz is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of HR Commercial at GAF, Katy has previously worked as a Human Resources Consultant at SCYNEXIS, Inc. and held multiple positions at AbbVie and Allergan, including Director of Business Human Resources for Allergan Aesthetics and Interim Director of Human Resources for the Global Medical Office (R&D). Katy also has expertise in talent acquisition, having served as Director Talent Acquisition Partner and Associate Director of Talent Acquisition across global functions. Katy's educational foundation includes a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field, both obtained from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
