Leo Castro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, project management, and technical roles. Currently serving as the CARE Training Manager for GAF since December 2019, Leo is responsible for educating and certifying contractors in roofing techniques and product knowledge. In addition, Leo has been a Quartermaster in the U.S. Navy Reserve since September 2018, performing critical navigation and ship control duties. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Central Contracting INC, where oversight of project execution was key, and earlier positions as a Barback at Harrah's Resort and Installer/Tech at Performance Solar Inc. Educationally, Leo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University San Marcos and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Palomar College, complemented by a high school diploma from Valley Center High School.
