Lisa Petti

Lisa Petti has a strong background in human resources, with over 17 years of experience. Lisa is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at GAF, where they serve as a trusted partner to management in areas such as strategic planning, employee relations, and talent development. Prior to their current role, Lisa held positions at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts as a Senior HR Manager, at SportsCare Physical Therapy as a Human Resources Director, at Marotta Controls as a Senior HR Business Partner, and at Dassault Falcon Jet as a Human Resources Generalist. In these roles, they gained experience in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy development. Lisa's expertise and knowledge make their a valuable asset in any HR department.

Lisa Petti, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from William Paterson University of New Jersey. Lisa obtained their Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in April 2010 and their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in April 2015. Lisa also has additional certifications in Affirmative Action Administration from the Employers Association of New Jersey and Leadership and Management from Crestcom International, both obtained in 2016.
