Prashant Kumar is an accomplished business operations leader with over 21 years of experience in sourcing and supply chain operations within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. Currently serving as the Director of Raw Material & Outsourced Procurement at GAF Inc., Prashant oversees global strategic sourcing of all direct and indirect materials, consistently delivering year-over-year cost savings while aligning with the company's profitability goals. Prior to this, Prashant held various leadership positions, including Head of Operations at Namaste Laboratories, where significant achievements included maintaining 100% customer delivery metrics and reducing costs through effective negotiations and strategic sourcing. Prashant earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pune.
