Robin Falcone

Robin Falcone has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions across several companies. Currently, Robin serves as Senior Director of HR Corporate at GAF, a role held since January 2019. Prior to this, Robin was the Director of HR Services at GAF and spent six years at Smiths Group plc as VP of Human Resources for the Americas, after serving in multiple HR roles at Smiths Detection, including VP of Human Resources and HR Director for North America. Earlier career experience includes HR Manager positions at Cardinal Health and Pearson Education, as well as an HR Coordinator role at Goodrich. Robin holds a Master of Science in Industrial Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
