Ross Malpere

Ross Malpere is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in inside sales and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Inside Sales & Sales Enablement at GAF since June 2022, Ross leads the residential inside sales teams across the United States and Canada. Prior to GAF, Ross held various positions at Weichert, Realtors from February 2010 to June 2022, including Broker Sales Manager and Manager of Sales Development, where expertise focused on building strong customer relationships and enhancing team performance. Ross also contributed as a Fast Track Trainer and Assistant Manager - Franchise Services at Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. A graduate from Roger Williams University with a BA in Communications and Public Relations, Ross's dedication to customer service and team leadership has consistently driven success in sales environments.
