Scott Baldwin

Scott Baldwin is an experienced Plant Manager with a solid background in operations management, currently serving at GAF since November 2023. Prior to GAF, Baldwin held the Plant Manager position at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from September 2021 to November 2023. With extensive experience at Continental as a Manager and previous tenures as Plant Manager at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, The Clorox Company, and Shaw Industries, Baldwin combines significant managerial expertise with a strong educational foundation in Industrial Engineering, earned from Mississippi State University between 1985 and 1990.
