Scott Imhoff has over 30 years of extensive experience in supply chain management and talent development, currently serving as the Lead Talent Development Partner for Manufacturing at GAF since November 1992. Throughout his tenure at GAF, Scott has held key roles including Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager, and Interim Plant Manager, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of material flow, production and inventory planning, and logistics operations. Notably, Scott also contributed to the APICS organization as the District Director for the Heartland District and as Chapter President of the Twin Cities Chapter. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from St. Cloud State University, with a minor in Organizational Communication.
