Suparno Biswas

Suparno Biswas is an experienced professional in IT Service Management and DevSecOps, currently serving as the Head of DevSecOps Services Management at GAF since February 2016. Suparno leads the IT Service Management vision and strategy while managing staff development and resources. Suparno is also a member of the Board of Directors at Somerset Hills YMCA, contributing to governance and strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Operations at Wizcom Corporation, Head of IT Service Management at NJM Insurance Group, and Sr. Enterprise Architect at Hewlett-Packard, where Suparno led significant IT Service Management implementations. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jadavpur University, and various leadership and management certificates from esteemed institutions such as Cornell University and Wharton University.
