Thomas Hobbs has over three decades of experience in manufacturing and process engineering, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Data Systems at GAF since January 1998. Hobbs has held various roles within GAF, including Technical Development Manager, Technical Services Manager, QA Engineer, and Process Engineer. Prior to GAF, Hobbs worked at International Paper from June 1990 to December 1997, where responsibilities included managing a team of 17 union shift employees on a large Linerboard machine as well as serving as a Process Engineer. Hobbs holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in 1990.
