Thompson Dang

Thompson Dang, SHRM-CP, HRIP, is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in designing, configuring, and deploying Workday solutions across various HR functions. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst at GAF since April 2022, Thompson has previously held positions as an HRIS Analyst at SS&C Technologies and Dow, where responsibilities included managing system configurations, creating and troubleshooting reports, and providing user support. With a strong foundation in data integrity and system enhancements, Thompson has contributed to significant projects such as mergers and acquisitions, while also applying analytical skills as an Information Systems Analyst Intern at Dow and a Human Resources Associate at MEDA Engineering. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Systems from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor.
