I founded Gaffa Group with a simple but powerful belief: opportunity changes lives. I was fortunate to be given one—and now I’m committed to creating them for others. I believe real leadership isn’t measured by what you achieve for yourself, but by what you empower others to achieve for themselves.

Gaffa Group has grown rapidly, and we’re just getting started. Our goal is bold: 20 - 25 new offices in the next 2 years. It’s aggressive, but it’s absolutely achievable—and we’ve built a culture that thrives on that kind of challenge.

Outside the business, I still channel my competitive energy through training, playing pickleball, and enjoying time with people who bring energy and fun into the room. I’ve always valued social connection, great events, and making sure the journey is as exciting as the destination.
