Sandy Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 1999, they worked at IBM-Global Services as a Service Delivery Manager and later as an Intrusion Detection Analyst. During their time there, they oversaw the implementation and operation of 18 new web applications and monitored intrusions for external customers.

In 2005, Anderson ventured into the music industry and started their own recording studio called Sandpuppie Recording Studio. Sandy recorded bands and solo acts, produced live recorded music, and mastered tracks.

From 2008 to 2010, Anderson worked at HP Software as an IT Global Software Support specialist. Sandy was self-trained in a new web application and set up the platform for partners to register their deals with HP. Additionally, they designed user guides for both users and administrators.

From 2010 to 2016, Anderson held roles at Trimble and SketchUp, where they specialized in IS Helpdesk Windows and Mac Client support, with a focus on Mac expertise. Sandy provided technical troubleshooting and training for various products, including Macs, Windows devices, iPhones, iPads, Android products, Dell laptops, and desktops.

Since 2017, Anderson has been working at Gaia as an IT Help Desk Administrator and Certified Apple Support Professional. Sandy'sresponsibilities include leading the helpdesk team, providing advanced IT support, and managing Apple device management and support for both remote and onsite systems.

Sandy Anderson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems Security from Westwood College - Denver North. This educational experience took place from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Sandy has acquired several certifications, including the Apple Certified Support Professional 10.10x and Apple Certified Support Professional ACSP 10.10.x from Pearson VUE, which were obtained in July 2015. Another certification, the Addigy Certified Expert ACE, was obtained from Addigy in April 2020.
