Sidra Ather

Sidra Ather is a dedicated master’s student pursuing an MSc in Management with Human Resources at Bournemouth University. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Westminster and have extensive experience in human resources and administration. In past roles, Sidra contributed as a Recruitment Administration Coordinator at R & V PARTNERS LIMITED and as an Administrative Assistant at RNLI. Currently, Sidra is a Team Leader at GAIL's and a Digital Marketing Intern at Florence, utilizing their skills in people management and organizational development to drive HR initiatives.
