Michael Deer has extensive experience in technology roles, including as Global Head of Technology at Gain Theory, where Michael led the technology roadmap and managed a team of Cloud Engineers. Michael also worked at Ohal as an Associate Director IT R&D, developing algorithms for advertising response models. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Applied Mathematics from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Cardiff University.
