This once-bustling motor lodge welcomed travelers with open arms and genuine Florida charm.

Now, we're giving this architectural gem the revival it deserves, honoring its retro character while infusing it with fresh, contemporary energy!

We breathe new life into forgotten spaces, and aim to create a vibrant hub where Gainesville's academic spirit and natural beauty converge.

What sets us apart isn't just our thoughtful design, but our attention to detail; where every corner tells a story and every visitor becomes part of ours.

We succeed when our spaces buzz with conversation, when guests feel the authenticity in every thoughtful aspect, and when we become a destination that captures and contributes to Gainesville's distinctive spirit.

We cordially invite you to join us through our journey & transformation!
