Colleen McCarty

Colleen McCarty is an experienced talent acquisition and consulting professional with a strong background in technology and fintech sectors. As a member and investor at Gaingels, Colleen also provides talent consulting for early-stage startups through Full Umbrella Talent. Previous roles include Head of Talent Acquisition at Health Gorilla during its Series C phase, and Head of Talent at WalkMe™ during its pre and post IPO stages, where Colleen contributed to digital adoption strategies across the US, Europe, and APAC. Additionally, Colleen served as Head of People & Talent at Earnest Inc. post-acquisition. Colleen holds a Master’s degree in HR and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in English from California State University, Chico.
