David Rak

David Rak is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and product counseling. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Airbnb since August 2016, David leads a team providing legal support across various domains, including product and partnership counseling. In addition, David holds significant roles such as Lead Product Counsel for the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ and advisor at Megilla. David is also an angel investor and advisor with Gaingels, focusing on early-stage companies with diverse leadership. Prior experiences include senior legal roles at Apple, Fantasy Interactive, and Baker & McKenzie LLP. David holds an A.B. degree cum laude in Economics and Political Science from Duke University and a JD cum laude in Corporate and International Law from American University Washington College of Law.
