Cass Baker

Cass Baker has a long history of experience in the marketing industry. Cass began their career in 1994 as an Account Team at Draftfcb (Lee Hill). Cass then moved to Jack Levy Associates where they were a Sr Account Manager. After that, they were an Account Supervisor at Aspen Marketing Services (The Townsend Agency). In 1999, they were a Director at Leo Burnett Technology Group. From 2001 to 2017, they were at Leapfrog Online, where they held several roles including EVP/GM - Industry Practices and Development, SVP Telecommunications Group and Product Development, VP/GM Telecommunications Group, and VP Account Service and Development. In 2017, they joined iProspect as EVP, Managing Director and led the integration of Leapfrog. In 2019, they became Managing Director, Digital at Sand Cherry and in 2020, they joined GainShare Performance Marketing as President and COO and Marcel Digital as a Member of the Board of Advisors. Cass has also been an Advisor at The Junto Institute since 2016.

Cass Baker attended the University of Vermont from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a BA in Economics.
