Baltcha

Chimeless Baltcha is an experienced Application Implementation Architect at Gainwell Technologies since November 2020, focusing on Medicaid implementation and integration with Gainwell's CEF technologies. Previously, Baltcha worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Enterprise Architect and Technical Leader, emphasizing interests in blockchain and hashgraph-based distributed ledger technologies, as well as serving as an Integration Engineer in Medicaid. Prior roles include Application Architect at DXC Technology, SE at HP, and Systems Analyst at CGI at Intelsat. Baltcha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa and has additional educational background from Ecole Technique Superieure des Municipalites and Lycée franco-éthiopien Guebre-Mariam.
