Michael Graham

Michael Graham is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure services, data center management, and IT operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Infrastructure Services at Gainwell Technologies since April 2021, Michael oversees physical co-location facilities, hardware management, and cloud vendor relations. Prior to Gainwell, Michael held various leadership positions at HMS (now part of Gainwell Technologies) from 2003 to 2021, including Director of Infrastructure Datacenter Technologies and Director of IT Service Operations, focusing on critical technology platforms and proactive service management. Michael’s career also includes roles at MetaSolv Software and EDS, showcasing a strong foundation in systems administration and desktop support. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Slippery Rock University.
