Owner’s Representative – Real Estate Development
	• Represents the developer/owner’s interests across planning, design, entitlement, construction, and turnover phases
	• Coordinates with municipalities, consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals
	• Oversees entitlement processes, including zoning, permitting, environmental reviews, and community approvals
	• Manages project schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
	• Assists in feasibility analysis, site due diligence, and risk assessments
	• Provides guidance on design development to ensure market viability, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance
	• Reviews and negotiates consultant contracts, change orders, and development agreements
	• Monitors construction progress and resolves field issues or delays in collaboration with the GC and design team
	• Coordinates stakeholder communication, including investor updates, municipal reporting, and tenant coordination
	• Oversees project close-out, including final inspections, occupancy permits, as-built documentation, and turnover to property management
