Héloïse de Wilde has worked in the field of R&D for food applications. Héloïse started their career in 2019 as an R&D intern at Puratos. Héloïse then joined GALACTIC in 2021, first as an R&D Food Application Technologist and later as an R&D Food Application Engineer.
Héloïse de Wilde completed their education with a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from KU Leuven, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Agro Louvain - Faculty of Bioscience Engineering between 2014 and 2017. Their earlier educational background consists of studies at Sint-Jan Berchmanscollege, where they pursued Wetenschappen - Wiskunde from 2008 to 2014; however, they did not obtain a specific degree during this period.
