Robert Whearty

Robert Whearty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Advisors at Galactiv, Inc., and as Senior Director of Commercial Business Development at Optimum Technologies LLC, Robert leads communications architecture for the NASA HLS program. Additionally, Robert holds advisory roles at Space Railway Corporation and SP8CEVC, focusing on innovative approaches in the space launch industry and venture capital investments. Prior to these positions, Robert was the Senior Vice President for Space Projects at Marsh and held significant roles at Thales, Intelsat, Loral Orion, Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, and Raytheon. Robert holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland, an MSEE in Electrophysics from the University of Southern California, and a BSEE in Electronics and Computers from the University of Notre Dame.
