James Millar

James Millar is a System Engineer at Galapagos Federal Systems since January 2022 and previously served as a Senior Mission Engineer at PredaSAR Corporation from May 2021 to January 2022. From April 2016 to May 2021, James Millar held the position of Test Director for the United States Space Force, where responsibilities included advancing space orbital warfare tactics and developing efficient test plans for future capabilities. Prior to that role, James Millar was the lead government engineer for the Geosynchronous Space Situational Awareness Program. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
