Max Bareiss, CPA, currently serves as the Director and Head of Lending at Galaxy, overseeing crypto lending initiatives and developing various financial solutions for institutional clients. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Lending and Vice President focusing on Strategic Opportunities. Prior to Galaxy, Max worked at Deloitte from October 2016 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing tax operations related to Global Investment & Innovation Incentives and providing consulting services in Global Employer Services. Max holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
