Michael Harvey

Michael Harvey has over 19 years of work experience in the financial services sector. Michael is currently serving as the Managing Director, Head of Franchise Trading at Galaxy since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Trading at JST Digital from July 2022 to October 2023. Before that, they held the role of FX Options Trader at UBS Investment Bank from January 2015 to July 2022. Michael also worked as a Director at Merrill Lynch from July 2013 to September 2014, and as an Executive Director at UBS from August 2004 to June 2013.

Michael Harvey earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2004. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General at Columbia Business School from 2011 to 2013. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Machine Learning from the Coursera Course Certificates program.
